Books Query
We point a question at a shelf of UX books we co-authored, and get an answer back with the passages it drew from, one of the knowledge bases the whole platform grew out of.
It runs on the bench as an internal reading companion, with every answer grounded in the books themselves.
How this works
These are six published UX books, indexed for question and answer. Ask something and it retrieves the relevant chapters and writes a short answer grounded in what the books actually say, with the chapters it drew on listed underneath.
It runs a real search and synthesis on a model we host, so it takes about ten seconds, and nothing you ask leaves the bench.
When the books do not cover a topic, it says so plainly rather than inventing an answer. That honesty is the point.
